First–it is essential to remember that starvation is a fundamental instinct for survival–and we have to be thankful for it. The fact that it exists in itself is an incredible feat. Don’t be astonished. Just understand how the beast can be appeased.
There are those who say the most efficient diets are those that only eat two meals a day, and the remainder are drinking water. I highly promote you, because they are not sustainable, to overlook these techniques.
Snacking is the secret. And I don’t mean digging in a bag of chips and letting your fingers loose the salt (we’ve all been there). I mean pouring a bowl of organic nuts for yourself. Or wheat blossoms. Or peas that have been frozen. Be inventive about it, but be intelligent. In moderation, choose the correct food.
But let’s talk about the secret of the late night snacking. It’s straightforward. And that’s simple. You’re prepared for it?
