But that’s not all! In addition of all those things, you’ll must also buy several fitness equipment to do Kayla Itsines BBG workout, so MORE MONEY. You’ll need to have (as seen on page 21 of her updated guide):
- two flat benches;
- two dumbbell (3-6 kgs each);
- a medicine ball (6-12kgs);
- a skipping rope;
- a bosu ball;
- a mat (high recommended, it’s much more secure and comfortable);
Additionally, she suggests to get a heart rate monitor or a fitness tracker that costs a bit of money.
