Hi all , my name is Barbara and I’m mother of two wonderful kids.

I’ve been working for 10 years as administrative employee but from 4 years I am an housewife and I take care of my last child who was born with some health problems and needs constant care.

I have constantly had trouble with my ideal body weight specially after having my second child. Now I’m 42 years old and I really find difficult to conserve a healthy and well balanced diet and lifestyle. I have gained a good amount of extra weight in the last 4 years but I never really realized it since I was busy. I ended to let myself go.

At a certain point I decided to take back control of my own wellnes losing weight and eating better and now I feel great.

I also created the web site that you are reading which helped me to keep my habits.

Over the past 4 years I studied every nutrition and healthy living book I found, and applied some tips I was learning to myself.

I have discovered many interesting things; I learned how the human body works and what it needs to remain healthy. I saw personally how several disorders can be corrected with appropriate diet and the right fitness programs.

I saw impressive benefits to my health!

The whole process required many learning from mistakes to arrive where I’m today, and I’m so happy to I have the opportunity to share my experience with so many people and to help them with their own health goals.

Considering that there are so much information (and mis-informations) out there relating to health, I have determined some very clear rules that I will respect.
